Declarations of Interest

Members are reminded that, in accordance with the revised Code of Conduct, they are required to declare any disclosable pecuniary interests or other registrable interests which have not already been declared in the Council’s Register of Interests.  (It is a criminal offence not to declare a disclosable pecuniary interest either in the Register or at the meeting.)

 

Members may, however, also decide, in the interests of clarity and transparency, to declare at this point in the meeting, any such disclosable pecuniary interests which they have already declared in the Register, as well as any other registrable or other interests.

To consider a proposal for the variation of Condition 1 (opening season) attached to planning permission SL/2005/0771 (Extension to caravan park's open season -1 March - 14 January (relaxation of condition 2 on SL/2003/1624).

Planning Application no. SL/2021/0052 - The Pastures Templand Lane Allithwaite, Grange-over-Sands pdf icon PDF 876 KB

To consider an application for the siting of two holiday lodges on the southern part of The Pastures. Previously planning permission has been granted for three lodges, two of which have been implemented and in place of the third approved lodge the proposal is to erect two lodges in lieu of the one.

To consider an application for the demolition of existing building and redevelopment to form 64 retirement living apartments for older people (sixty years of age and/or partner over fifty five years of age), guest apartment, communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.

To consider an application for the demolition of parts of the building and replacement extensions. New private driveway leading to parking area and new double garage and carport.

Planning application no. SL/2020/0103 - Grange Promenade, Grange-over-Sands, LA11 7DH pdf icon PDF 654 KB

To consider an application for essential concrete repairs to be made to the entire length of the sea defence wall. The proposal repairs include resurfacing the promenade with in situ sprayed concrete repairs to the upper edge "bull nose" and sea facing elevation of the sea wall.  (Scheme amended to remove proposed lighting scheme).
