Agenda and draft minutes

Following consultation with the Chairman prior to the meeting regarding the inability of officers to attend due to illness and according to the Rules of Procedure, as set out in Part 4 (7) of the Council’s constitution, on the grounds that there was no quorum present 15 minutes after the start time of a committee, the meeting was adjourned. 

It was agreed with the Chairman that the meeting be reconvened on Thursday, 20 October 2022 at 6.30 p.m.
