APP/6	Election of Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED – That Councillor Rachael Hogg had been elected Chairman for the meeting, before its adjournment on Thursday, 1 December 2022.
APP/7	Apologies and Reconstitution of Membership Minutes: There had been no apologies for absence and there had been no change in the membership of the Sub-Committee and, therefore, no reconstitution was necessary.
APP/8	Declarations of Interest Minutes: RESOLVED – That it be noted that no declarations of interest were raised.
APP/9	Local Government Act 1972 - Excluded Items Minutes: RESOLVED – That the item in Part II of the Agenda be dealt with following the exclusion of the press and public.
APP/10	Appeal - 2022/23 - 001 Minutes: The Chairman said that the Panel had listened very carefully to the facts that had been presented, and had reached a unanimous decision. The Chairman stated that a letter confirming the Panel’s decision would be sent to the appellant within five working days. The Chairman of the Panel read out the decision of the Panel as contained in the following Resolution. RESOLVED – That:- (1) the original decision by Management be overturned; and (2) a letter confirming the Sub-Committee’s decision be sent to the Appellant within five working days of the Appeal.
