A Licensing Authority must review and publish a Statement of Gambling Licensing Policy every 3 years as required by The Gambling Act 2005. SLDC Gambling Licensing Policy has been reviewed and subjected to public consultation, permission is required for the Policy to now proceed to full Council for adoption.
