Contract award for the refurbishment of 16 New Shambles retail unit and 28 Finkle Street office unit. Both units are in the ownership of SLDC but currently unoccupied and in a state of disrepair. Refurbishment will provide affordable modern retail and office premises for lease to businesses. Funding for this project will come from the Council's allocation for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
